I am using Reliance Netconnect for last few months. Past 3 months I am facing severe speed issue with this card. Company is giving gurantee of 200kbps, but I am not getting even 100kbps also. The support Ia m getting fromt he techical people is too bad. They came to my house for identifying the issue, but did not taken any proper action to resolve the issue. WHenever I am contacting the office they some one will tell, issue is resolved, another guy will they are still working on it. God knows what is going with these stupid people. My recommendation to everyone is "Dont take Reliance Netconnect connection in Bangalore, dont even go near to Reliance people". They will simply _ _ _ _ you.

    I was purchased reliance broadband +USB Modem on date 19.01.20011 . We are having very low speed and even unable to connect to internet while your service provider committed to give us 20 time faster internet service(3.1 Mbps) than other service providers .I have complained to the service provider but no action taken by them.

    Please do needful unless i’ll be unable to pay as well discontinue your service.

    Reliance USB Modem — No Network ,Speed

    I am living at Nangli Puna Near GT Karnal Road Nh1Delhi-36
    I bought a Usb Modem .The Reliance Executive told that
    the speed of the modem would be minimum 143kbps.and there
    is no network problem anywhere in india.But in the very capital of the India there no network and if i somehow manage to get some network through roaming myself on to the roof my house which is open .The speed is meagre 0.23kbps on average.
    When i complaint about this to the executive who sold me that product is now saing that i can solve the problem but only after getting a Rs. 500 note. So please Help me out. Thanks

    This is me prashant prabhakar, living in Delhi, bought a USB modem of 3500 of R-connect, company was like Huawaei. As I think this company is making fool to the cunstomers. whenever I get connected by this It shows speed upto 100 Kpbs, which is an sticker and frequently it gets disconnected. Its speed is very to the power 10000 bad...
    i got a reliance modem EC121, for 4 days it worked fine bt now d speed is too low that it cant even opan e web page.. the speed id 2%, 6% of 153 kbps. plz ell me hw i can solve the matter..

      Dear Executive,

      With lot of grief i am writing this mail to you. I am using Reliande HSD [protected] for the last 2 yrs. I must say that the service was never this poor. I stay in the heart of Bangalore, i.e Malleshwaram area. But the internet speed i am getting is 30 KBPS as against much hyped 3.1 MBPS. The interesting fact is that next to my house, reliance tower is installed.In-spite of this the speed is very bad. I have called customer care many times, but the response has been very poor.They have been giving me innumerable compliant numbers.But unfortunately nothing has happened as yet. It's been 20 days since i have lodged my first complaint.

      I have subscribed for morning 10GB and night 10GB Reliance tariff plan. Because of this pathetic speed, i am not able to make full use of my tariff.In-fact i am not able to use even 30% of the allowable limit.
      But i have to pay extra for this tariff in the monthly bill. This is completely unfair.

      I would like this issue to be solved immediately.

        I Varun Bansal using reliance CDMA prepaid no: [protected] since 2007. I am not satisfied with the service provide by reliance. My mobile no: [protected] outgoing calls are barred due to the request for lost of my number made by unknown person without my concern. As per my knowledge there is a law of capturing the number from the request has been made for making any change in the account or if the person visit at the web world then ID details should be mentioned in tagging under my number.

        Two request sms I have received by reliance.

        Please provide the complete details about those request made against my number.

        What action plan will you take or what action plan do I take.

        “No words to say for the customer service provide by reliance” Do the polling survey via sms that your customer are satisfied with you. Best way to find the result.

            Dear Friends,

            I feel like to give a Very-Very Negative Response for Reliance Mobile Services, There Customer Services is totally ridiculous, and I think they are the worst in the world, that’s not for one issue I faced with these guys one time with a problem It might be more then 7-8 times in particular 2months. I faced out with different problems and there response for the services are really v v v worst.

            I am Permanent Airtel User From last 9 Years. Till the time I never faced any problem with them infact if I faced any kind off issue in using there services then they usually solve them in few hours sometimes in minutes..

            Along with Airtel I always keep one more phone with myself, that no. is never a permanent no.
            I switched to Vodafone, Idea, tata with a new No. every time in my extra phone it was never ever felt any kind of bad experience using any operator services anytime in last 6-7yrs.

            But 1st time I switched to Reliance Mobile Services few months back, What I faced 1st day on my New No. it got activated in just 1n half hr the time I deposited my documents. Then after 2-3days my no. was out of services and they again asking to deposit documents. It was oki, for me I went to the shopowner and he made it activated in few hours.

            On the 3rd day I received a call from Reliance some Caller tunes and as per IVR they told me if you want to activate please press 5 Or some button, Instead of pressing anything, I just disconnected with any response to them. Just after I disconnected of call there was an sms of caller tune is been activated on your no. and following amount is been charged Which I didn’t check on that day I came to know about it next day.

            My Mistake was only that I Just picked that call.

            => I didn’t checked my message box till the next day, So I came across for the activation off caller tune only the next day when someone told me its such a oldie stupid song is coming on your no. what happened to your choice. I was surprise and when I was in My INBOX, then I had seen that following message off caller tune services activation by the company which I heared yesterday. I just Ignored it, I was very much busy with work.

            Later after 4-5 days using there no. I again founded some promotional call from reliance no. for some M-Feeling services, as I heared it was some promotional call from reliance I again just Disconnected and later same thing happened I founded 1 SMS, MiFeeling Services is been activated Your no. is been charged for some amount. I really fed up that time, like I might kill those people, they just keep on deducting my account balance like anything.

            When I Call there customer care services @ *333. I got connected with Customer Care Services which was also chargeable at 0.50Paise/3mins. Woe I Seen 1st time to talk to customer care services also we have to pay them. Reliance Really Making Big Money.

            I contact to customer Care people and they told me following message : “That you have selected the option and you have been charged for the services. When I was trying to explain those people they are just keep on saying about the incident happeneing and there system automatically activating services without my permission. They just say Sir, we cant register the complaint for this, as there systems are showing these services is been activated through your permission And Automatically Call Disconnected. They didn’t even bother if the call disconnected they should call back the customer. Which mostly I founded airtel or Vodafone customer care services center people do that, that where I found they are the best among all.

            When I again call them I just told whole problem one more time to one more new executive that this is the problem I am facing, then those customer care executive told me what that there systems are down for upgrade, they can’t view my account till next few hours call after 4-5hrs. I just fed up that time and Disconnected and call them again in that same minute after hangingup. And, I got connected with some other person, That time I just asked there person to tell which all services are activated on my no. they told me all those services like Caller-tune and MiFeeling and bla bla services are activated with particular dates.

            I said just 1 min before I call your service center and as I told them my problem that such a stupid thing is been activated without my permission your executive told me, systems are under up gradation it will take few hours. and In a seconds after I disconnected I call back again. In tont way, I said I am Impressed that Reliance got super updating software’s like the fast service upgrade in mins off there systems.

            That person was also same thing repeated Sir, It was activated with your permission and we cant register those complaint for any services. I was fedup and told them activate my DND services and also along with it De-activate all following services which all is been activated.

            After the request on 5-1-2011 to activate my DND services also, I never face any promotional calls from reliance. Still there is one more astrology service got activated automatically without any permission off mine.

            Today on 5-2-2011 @ 1.30 AM, I call customer Care service and speaking to Mr Anuj to tell that I got an sms that I founded a Renewal for Live Astrology Pack which had been done successful.

            I asked like same Way I asked last a month back,

            Me: Sir could you Please allow me to know which all services is been activated on my no.

            In response
            Customer Care : Sir, 1service is been activated on[protected].
            Me: I asked how its been activated,

            then I found a reply from him,
            Customer Care : Sir its been Activated through promotional call, I Said oki let me c,

            Instead of listing to me that person was telling you got a call yesterday and you given permission to activate this services. I felt like laugh on that person or to shout on him.

            1st I didn’t found any promotional call.

            2nd I got a renewal message, so permission is not an issue in it. As it means the following service might be On in previous times only.

            3rd This service is also activated like those CallerTune and MiFeeling service was activated.

            I told that person write my complaint, and that person refused and told I am just deactivate this service and activating DND service on your no. I said this DND is already on @ my no. So he was just saying me give me the promotional no. from which you received the call. I was surprised the user didn’t understand that it was renewal message, not any kind off promotional call I founded.

            Please tell me people what I do with this Reliance Mobile Customer care People. They Don’t even think to care about there customers. They don’t even refund people money back, if its been fault by there systems which automatically Switch On people Services.

            I just said this point because ones if there team had to refund in last case. is fully , then they blame there systems which is the last option for them to refund there customer money and blame is On just to there Computer Systems.

            Lol Which is already programmed to do such stupid acts to empty people mobile balances.

            My Personal Suggestion if you even find a person giving you FREE reliance connection then also don’t take it, because later they keep on deducting your balance like same and keep feeling there pockets.

            Switch too any operator Choose MTS As well, But I personally Say never use Reliance Mobile.

            I Posted this to make people write about there problems if they faced out same or some other problem with Reliance or any other operator. This Post might open these company acts. I will keep making people write about them and the following fraud acts these service company do.

            It will be on each and every forum. Until they wont stop this Act. and keep on feeling there pockets through following fraud mediums.

            Reliance — don't know how to check message value

              Received a call from your company regarding my complaint

              I am comitted to my point that a submitted a requisition to terminate the service on 28 Aug 09 and paid Rs 500/- in advance to you gopinath bazar delhi cantt outlet as my cycle was till 05 sep 09

              why didn't you people acted on my requisition instead you were interested in sending me bill and threats from lawyers, is it your customer care ?

              your record only shows that my usage after 28 Aug 09 is nill

              your company says that they did not receive any such request so continued billing, Tell me why should i pay you in advance and stop using your service because i wanted to terminate only, it is the inefficiency of your staff at the outlet who did not respond to the request

              Grabbing Rs 620/- by sending threats through lawyers is so unjustified that it really sucks

              If you have even minimum of shame in you, should apologise to you customer for overcharging and return me Rs 620/- with full dignity

              just by calling me you can never justify first inefficiency of your staff and then excess charging

              I closed my account on 28 august 2010 due to some reasons and paid balance amount till 05 sep 10 in advance

              company forced me to pay another 610 Rs for reasons i dont know, threatned me again n again with calls from various lawyers

              is it a company or a looter or gunda

              or they are begger or bhikhari, for a peltry amount ( but why should they ask even 5 ruppes above) they can go to any extent

              ridiculous
              they r the cheaters and there company on loss then they give a large amount of bill and give the fake details on it b/z no one can stop them .

                  I have 2 numbers of Reliance GSM [protected], [protected]. Iwent to reliance communication's yamunanagar dealer for surrender these numbers. They asked to talk at cutomer care. I talked to customer care, where Mr. Ravinder told me that they can't stop services against a sim is issued. They told solution that you not use these numbers and not recharge in future. But I want to stop services from Reliance GSM.

                    (Dt. 02.02.11) i have recharged my mobile no. [protected] through shopkeeper demo mobile account, First time my balance is deduct i ignore it, i think it should be my mistake, second time i recharge my account successfully check my balance its ok. after one day company deduct the amount of rs. 60, when i inquirer the customer care exec. say the movie masala service is activated so the balance is deducted. but i could not activate this service, then i says to customer care execu please disconnected this service & do not disturbed service is activated. i receive a sms the all services is unsubscribed in this no. and also a sms rece. The DND service is activated in this no on dt 28.1.11. on 01.02.11 rs. 30 is deducted by the company again i inquirer to customer care exec. he says at 7.00 pm you subscribed "mera wala gana" but i can't subscribed this service. i called to customer care, i am getting some irritation answers from that guys Mr. Gautam and Mr. Rasjesh (supervisor) has disconnect my call, After that i again call to CCE at that time Mr. Gaurav attend the call i say please transfer the call to your senior exec. but he me on hold for at least one hour and disconnect my phone (on dt.01.02.11 between 8.00pm to 9.30 pm). the customer care exec. Rajesh is very harass me. Please solve my problem and take necessary action against these person.

ON THEIR REQUEST, WE MADE THE PAYMENT IMMEDIATELY AND THE ACKNOWLEDGEMENT WIDE THEIR REQUEST ID [protected]. WE DID NOT GET THE ACKNOWLEDGEMENT STAMPED SINCE THEY REFUSED AND THE SAME THEY HAD REPEATED EARLIER ALSO SO DIDN'T WANTED TO ARGUE.

                      AFTER THIS, WE STILL GOT RECEIVING BILLS (3 MONTHS BILL) FOR THE ABOVE DATA CARD, WHICH WAS DUELY REPORTED TO WEB WORLD TOO AND ASSURED US DON'T WORRY, THE BILL WILL GET CANCELLED. fINALLY ON 15TH JANUARY, WE RECEIVED A LETTER FROM THEIR ADVOCATE SHADAB PEERZADE, TO CLEAR THE DUES, WE REPORT THIS TO WEBWORLD, THEY INSISTING ON GETTING THE ACKNOWLEDGEMENT LETTER WHERE THE REQUEST ID IS WRITTEN TO PRESENT THE SAME AND THEN ONLY THEY WILL PROCEED SINCE THE MATTER IS WITH ADVOCATE AND PUT THEIR HAND OFF. IN THE MEANWHILE, WE HAD WRITTEN A SPEEDPOST LETTER TO BOTH ADVOCATE AND RELIANCE BILLING DEPT. BUT SO FAR, NO REPLY FROM THEIR END.

                      THE AMOUNT OF OUTSTANDING IS NOT BIG WHICH IS. 3321 AND 1947 DUELY. BUT, IT IS A CASE OF FRAUD AND CHEATING BY THE COMPANY TO RAISE THE AMOUNT FROM THE CONSUMER FOR THE SERVICES CONSUMER HASN'T USED IT.

                      Reliance Communications — Harassment,Cheating,Fraud

                      This is to bring to your notice the unnnecessary harassment by your collection officers inspite of me not being liable to pay.I am feel sorry to say your Company officials refuse to take any responsibility for their actions and have been harassing me and my father who is a senior citizen.

                      Two of the companies sales executives, Mr. Pankaj Tiwari ( C-[protected]) & Mr. Narendra Pathak (C-[protected]/[protected]) had come to sell a connection to me somewhere in July/August.I had agreed to purchase a GSM one and had even paid Mr. Narendra Pathak Rs.250 with a duly signed form for the same.Unfortunately he came to me later with a CDMA connection which I refused to accept and asked him to get the same cancelled and issue me a GSM, which wasn’t ever issued to me inspite of him assuring me that he’d change it and bring me another card..To my astonishment I received a bill the next month inspite of not having a connection and later after much ado and follow up I get to know that Mr.Narendra has conveniently been using the card.I spoke to Mr. Ajay( T[protected] at the BKC office who put Mr.Narendra on conference and asked him to pay up and also took him to task for corning a customer.I was assured by him that the bill would be taken care of and in no way am I liable to pay for it.Inspite of this I kept receiving bills and harassment calls from the collection officers.I reside in malad and went to a Reliance gallery nearby but no one was ready to register my complain.I even went to a gallery at marine lines near my office but the staff there also seemed to show no concern and empathy towards my situation and did not even acknowledge the presence of my father who as I said earlier also is a senior citizen.One fine day a collection officer drops in at home and asks me to pay up or face the music at the consumer court. When I told him to speak to Mr.Ajay and refused to entertain his request he made me speak to another officer Mr. Rajeev (C-[protected]) who refused to acknowledge my talks with Mr.Ajay ans shared the same views as the collection officer.He said I could claim a refund later by wrting in to the company and that a new connection would also be issued.When I did not give in the collection officer got rude and said that he does care about who has used it but since it was on our name we have to pay up....he refused to understand because of my politeness.Eventually my daughter had to step in and give him good after which his attitude completely changed and he suddenly started showing empathy and wonderment at the shocking behaviour of the company.Prior to this when I tried to tell him that when someone comes to us we do not entertain them for who they are but because they are representatives of so and so company..and if someone comes on behalf of the company, the company is solely responsible for his/her actions.This experience had completely put me off…and I no more have any faith and neither would I want to maintain an association with Reliance Communications.Also I have still not stopped receiving the bills.
                      I am also suffering from the same issue where all my efforts to terminate my Reliance Net connect services for the past four months have been futile. Even i second your thought that it is not about the money which is due, but here its a question of cheating and harassing your customers. It is very ridiculous that even after the mismanagement and lack of coordination, instead of we sending them a legal notice they send us a one.
                      The consumer forums are improving in our country and we should help them succeed by not being meek but by speaking up for our rights.

                        Dear Sir/Madam,

                        I applied for Mobile Number Portability (MNP) from Tata Indicom (CDMA) to Reliance (CDMA) on 21st Jan'11 for my no. [protected]. Till date the service was not activated. Tata Indicom has disconnected my mobile no. from their network on 1st Feb'11. I am missing so many important calls from my Organisation which is quite annoying to my superiors and agonising for me. I explained all this to your local Reliance Outlet where I submitted my request. But they express their inability to solve the issue as they have no idea what so ever about this process.. After this 2 days passed still no solution to the problem. Even the Nodal Officer had not replied to my complaint.

                        This is the worst ever customer service I had ever seen. Around 50 customer like me are sufferring with the same problem from the same outlet (SEctor-18, Noida) as said by the outlet executive.

                        This is ro notify that I Avishek Kundu, resident of 344, Bajepratappur, Katwa Road, Subhaspally, Burdwan, 713101. I have ported my vodafone number [protected] to rim (reliance cdma). As per rule Ihave activated my number on 1.10.2014. That day i was able to call or connect anoter number. But after that day which is 2.10.2014. From that day I could not make calls. My incoming call facility is off and when I am going to make calls in another number its automatically connects to the Reliance varification centre. I complained customer care and Burdwan reliance world but they did not give me any assureence or they did not help me. Please note my another is [protected]. This is for your information and hope your early action in this regard will be highly appreciated.

                            This is to bring in notice of all, that i am an active member of reliance fresh store in New Friends Colony, New Delhi and got a "Reliance One" membership card(No. [protected]) to get points on every purchase. It is a temporary card which is valid for 180 days and after that Reliance has to issue a permanent card but I am glad to tell you that Reliance has such a good service that its been over 7 months and I have no idea what to do to get a permanent card. I contacted Reliance store guys and they asked me to call customer care. I made a call to their customer care phone number and It was shocking there is no way to contact them over phone. I called up that number and got IVR saying - Please hold the line, all our representatives are busy and within a minute, just after this message, IVR said- "There is no one avilable right now, please leave a voice mail message" and when it connected me to its voice mail box, I got message- "Sorry, This mail box is full." THIS IS PATHETIC. There is no way customer can enquire or complaint. They also not replying to my emails.
                            SO I WOULD SAY THIS RELIANCE CARD IS USELESS.... ITS JUST A PIECE OF PAPER. WHAT I WILL DO WITH POINTS WHERE THERE NO ONE CARES FOR CUSTOMER. I have no hope for the resolution of this problem. I AM WRITING HERE TO JUST MAKE OTHERS AWARE ABOUT THE RELIANCE SERVICE QUALITY....

                              Reliance communication is a big fraud company. I recharged my mobile Rs. 50.
                              They deduct amount from my number without my knowledge. This activity I was face many.
                              I have tried 1000 time to contact on costumer care no., but no way to contact these people.
                              They are not responding.

                                You can never keep your customers satisfied...
                                Biggest Fraud Cellular Company
                                I never come across with such a fraud company. I wanted to switch to Tata Docomo and sent a porting SMS and rcvd a code II923315 ..submitted to Docomo office. Three days after IDEA rejected the code without any reason. Then I went to Vodafone submitted the application..Idea again rejected the code. When I lodged a complaint they say we don't know anything..Under the UPC this is offense and I am filing a case against the company as I have all proofs. All Idea customers are facing the same concerns..Believe me this is the worst service provider ..call disconnects...worst GPRS..worst roaming..SWITCH TO IDEA IS BAD IDEA (Don't ever think for)..Creating a FaceBook page against the company...Please join me there.

                                  I purchased the Reliance Net connect Broadband + connection online. It got delivered on the same day. I submitted my Karnataka Driving License and asked him not to perform the address verification to the address mentioned over the Driving License as I'm not staying there now. I submitted my DL just as an ID proof. And I submitted my Credit Card statement as my address proof. Moreover, as I stay alone I asked him whether you can perform the address verification at my office for which he says ok. Within 5 days my connection got deactivated as they performed the address verification where I don't stay and ignored the address proof which was my credit card statement. I went to the WebWorld, Forum Mall, Bangalore and submitted my rent agreement as my address proof and asked them to activate the connection. They told me only after address verification your connection will get activated. It is now more than 7 days my connection is still not activated. Customer care says me to go to the WebWorld where you submitted your document as it is being disconnected from back end team. .WebWorld executives says me we have sent it from our end and we can't do anything. I don't know to whom I should contact to perform the address verification again.

                                    Sir,
                                    Reliance has activated some value added services on my telephone no. [protected]. When I noticed my balance reducing, I contacted their customer service centre where i was informed that Alt voice pack was active on my phone. Since I had not requested for the same, I wrote to the company. The reply given by the company is as under:

                                    "Dear Customer,

                                    Thank you for contacting Reliance Customer Care.

                                    With reference to your e-mail regarding balance deduction issue for your Reliance GSM number [protected], please note that as per details checked in our system "AltVoice" pack was activated through Outbound dialer mode. Since the dispute is beyond 48 hours, you are not eligible for waiver."
                                    I fail to understand how we can ask the company to refund the deduction when we have neither activated the scheme nor are we informed when the deduction is being made.
                                    Kindly look into the matter and ask the company to refund the deduction made by them from my prepaid account.

                                      Out outgoing is block from dated 26 Jan, 2011 till the date after following pay are made.

                                      I already paid my all outstanding by
                                      chq. No. 41230 PNB Rs. 2635 clear on Dt. 29.01.2011 from my account
                                      Chq. No. 41231 PNB Rs. 2111 clear on Dt. 31.01.2011 Second chq.
                                      Cash paid on date 02.02.2011 by cash at Reliance Webworld by Receipt No. S[protected] OTC code 41114 (W.W.E.code [protected]) as per Asim Quazi said your account has been Q3 now due to chque bound so you account will be activitated after two days but i as him if I pay in cash outsanding amount of bill which I laready paid. Can you activate our outgoing calls. he said We can activated you call in Ten miniuts then (it around 7.pm ) but still they not activiated our outgoing call facilities.


                                      As per your system there is not information given by your system to me for chq return for what purpose they don’t inform me and after second bill generate my out going are closed from date of 26.01.2011 till this time. As your web service centre provider do not co-operate for what’s going on or when they solve our problem for out going calls.

                                      We have not received any information about the out going.

                                        I am Port In 22/01/2011 BSNL to Reliance GSM Mobile No.[protected], the no is not still activated the sim is showing ERROR 40'H, ME. I am unable to make any incomming or outgoing calls till date . I have contacted the Customer Care from where i purchased but there is no satisfactory response. Please Help Me Out.
