I feel like to give a Very-Very Negative Response for Reliance Mobile Services, There Customer Services is totally ridiculous, and I think they are the worst in the world, that’s not for one issue I faced with these guys one time with a problem It might be more then 7-8 times in particular 2months. I faced out with different problems and there response for the services are really v v v worst.
I am Permanent Airtel User From last 9 Years. Till the time I never faced any problem with them infact if I faced any kind off issue in using there services then they usually solve them in few hours sometimes in minutes..
Along with Airtel I always keep one more phone with myself, that no. is never a permanent no.
I switched to Vodafone, Idea, tata with a new No. every time in my extra phone it was never ever felt any kind of bad experience using any operator services anytime in last 6-7yrs.
But 1st time I switched to Reliance Mobile Services few months back, What I faced 1st day on my New No. it got activated in just 1n half hr the time I deposited my documents. Then after 2-3days my no. was out of services and they again asking to deposit documents. It was oki, for me I went to the shopowner and he made it activated in few hours.
On the 3rd day I received a call from Reliance some Caller tunes and as per IVR they told me if you want to activate please press 5 Or some button, Instead of pressing anything, I just disconnected with any response to them. Just after I disconnected of call there was an sms of caller tune is been activated on your no. and following amount is been charged Which I didn’t check on that day I came to know about it next day.
My Mistake was only that I Just picked that call.
=> I didn’t checked my message box till the next day, So I came across for the activation off caller tune only the next day when someone told me its such a oldie stupid song is coming on your no. what happened to your choice. I was surprise and when I was in My INBOX, then I had seen that following message off caller tune services activation by the company which I heared yesterday. I just Ignored it, I was very much busy with work.
Later after 4-5 days using there no. I again founded some promotional call from reliance no. for some M-Feeling services, as I heared it was some promotional call from reliance I again just Disconnected and later same thing happened I founded 1 SMS, MiFeeling Services is been activated Your no. is been charged for some amount. I really fed up that time, like I might kill those people, they just keep on deducting my account balance like anything.
When I Call there customer care services @ *333. I got connected with Customer Care Services which was also chargeable at 0.50Paise/3mins. Woe I Seen 1st time to talk to customer care services also we have to pay them. Reliance Really Making Big Money.
I contact to customer Care people and they told me following message : “That you have selected the option and you have been charged for the services. When I was trying to explain those people they are just keep on saying about the incident happeneing and there system automatically activating services without my permission. They just say Sir, we cant register the complaint for this, as there systems are showing these services is been activated through your permission And Automatically Call Disconnected. They didn’t even bother if the call disconnected they should call back the customer. Which mostly I founded airtel or Vodafone customer care services center people do that, that where I found they are the best among all.
When I again call them I just told whole problem one more time to one more new executive that this is the problem I am facing, then those customer care executive told me what that there systems are down for upgrade, they can’t view my account till next few hours call after 4-5hrs. I just fed up that time and Disconnected and call them again in that same minute after hangingup. And, I got connected with some other person, That time I just asked there person to tell which all services are activated on my no. they told me all those services like Caller-tune and MiFeeling and bla bla services are activated with particular dates.
I said just 1 min before I call your service center and as I told them my problem that such a stupid thing is been activated without my permission your executive told me, systems are under up gradation it will take few hours. and In a seconds after I disconnected I call back again. In tont way, I said I am Impressed that Reliance got super updating software’s like the fast service upgrade in mins off there systems.
That person was also same thing repeated Sir, It was activated with your permission and we cant register those complaint for any services. I was fedup and told them activate my DND services and also along with it De-activate all following services which all is been activated.
After the request on 5-1-2011 to activate my DND services also, I never face any promotional calls from reliance. Still there is one more astrology service got activated automatically without any permission off mine.
Today on 5-2-2011 @ 1.30 AM, I call customer Care service and speaking to Mr Anuj to tell that I got an sms that I founded a Renewal for Live Astrology Pack which had been done successful.
I asked like same Way I asked last a month back,
Me: Sir could you Please allow me to know which all services is been activated on my no.
In response
Customer Care : Sir, 1service is been activated on[protected].
Me: I asked how its been activated,
then I found a reply from him,
Customer Care : Sir its been Activated through promotional call, I Said oki let me c,
Instead of listing to me that person was telling you got a call yesterday and you given permission to activate this services. I felt like laugh on that person or to shout on him.
1st I didn’t found any promotional call.
2nd I got a renewal message, so permission is not an issue in it. As it means the following service might be On in previous times only.
3rd This service is also activated like those CallerTune and MiFeeling service was activated.
I told that person write my complaint, and that person refused and told I am just deactivate this service and activating DND service on your no. I said this DND is already on @ my no. So he was just saying me give me the promotional no. from which you received the call. I was surprised the user didn’t understand that it was renewal message, not any kind off promotional call I founded.
Please tell me people what I do with this Reliance Mobile Customer care People. They Don’t even think to care about there customers. They don’t even refund people money back, if its been fault by there systems which automatically Switch On people Services.
I just said this point because ones if there team had to refund in last case. is fully , then they blame there systems which is the last option for them to refund there customer money and blame is On just to there Computer Systems.
Lol Which is already programmed to do such stupid acts to empty people mobile balances.
My Personal Suggestion if you even find a person giving you FREE reliance connection then also don’t take it, because later they keep on deducting your balance like same and keep feeling there pockets.
Switch too any operator Choose MTS As well, But I personally Say never use Reliance Mobile.
I Posted this to make people write about there problems if they faced out same or some other problem with Reliance or any other operator. This Post might open these company acts. I will keep making people write about them and the following fraud acts these service company do.
It will be on each and every forum. Until they wont stop this Act. and keep on feeling there pockets through following fraud mediums.
Reliance USB Modem — No Network ,Speed
I am living at Nangli Puna Near GT Karnal Road Nh1Delhi-36I bought a Usb Modem .The Reliance Executive told that
the speed of the modem would be minimum 143kbps.and there
is no network problem anywhere in india.But in the very capital of the India there no network and if i somehow manage to get some network through roaming myself on to the roof my house which is open .The speed is meagre 0.23kbps on average.
When i complaint about this to the executive who sold me that product is now saing that i can solve the problem but only after getting a Rs. 500 note. So please Help me out. Thanks
