This is Ibrahim Ijabba Saheb from Manipal.My a/c number-folio [protected].You mentioned My name is wrong please correct my name as i put and My Bank a/c number also wronge.please correct as[protected]Sysdicate bank Parkala) change my Residency Tel number[protected] & cell num[protected].

Dear Investor,

With reference to your complaint regarding correction in name, bank account number and change in contact number for the folio number [protected].

We regret for the inconvenience caused to you. However, we wish to inform you that we have made the necessary corrections in name as per the application form.

With regards to correction of bank account number, we wish to inform you that the bank account number captured in our records is as per the application form. In order to update the new bank account number in our records, we request you to submit a written request along with banker's letter, mentioning old account number and changed new account number with Bank Seal, Bank Official Name, Bank Employee ID No. and his Designation along with new account number cancelled cheque bearing the account number and first unit holder’s name duly signed by the unit holders, as signatures are mandatory.

Further, we request you to submit a written request with folio number and phone number to be updated in our records, duly signed by the unit holders, as signatures are mandatory for us to process any transaction.

The same can be submitted at your nearest Reliance Investor Service Center.
