This is with reference to your complaint dated 27th April 2010 posted on Twitter.com regarding non receipt of Dividend.
We wish to inform you that we had despatched your dividend warrant for both your folio numbers i.e [protected] &[protected]. Please find the details of the same as mentioned below:
[protected] -First flight courier ZA[protected]th April 2010 -Registered Resident address
[protected] First flight courier ZA[protected]th April 2010 -Registered bank account
Please note that your dividend for folio number[protected] was sent to your bank as your status updated on the same is ‘NRI’ and as per the standard AMC process and for the convenience of our NRI investors, we send the proceeds directly to their respective bank accounts.
We also request you note that we had initially sent instructions to the bank to credit your dividend proceeds of folio number [protected], to your Syndicate bank, account number[protected] through ECS ( Electronic clearing System), on 05th April 2010. The said instruction was however rejected by your banker with the reason ‘Account Closed’.
We had also sent the instruction to the bank to credit your dividend proceeds for folio number[protected], to your AXIS Bank account number [protected], on 05th April 2010. The said instruction was also rejected by the bank with the reason ‘Name Mismatch’.
On receipt of your complaint through our Call centre, we verified our records and had tried contacting you on [protected] and[protected], however we were unable to get in touch with you.
