This is further with reference to our post, on 06th December 2011.
We wish to inform you that we have despatched your account statement to your registered address through First flight Courier, vide consignment number B26255735, today. We request you to confirm receipt of the same.
Further, please note that as per our standard process, the account statements are despatched on a half yearly basis.
Similarly, in your case as well, account statements were despatched to your registered address on half yearly basis.
We understand from your post on Consumer Complaints that you are not in receipt of the said statements. Hence, we request you to verify your address registered in our records and confirm in case there is any discrepancy.
