stupid verification process..when i was buy i asked about postpaid they asked me
local address proof i said i am from other state..then they suggest me to go prepaid..
with id proof..they activated my datacard working 1x 230 kbps instead of 3.1mbps... bangalore city i have to try to connect 30mins after that it wiil get connect.with 1 x speed..
with the this reliance net connect i plan to book a ticked after 17 jan 2010 [i was bought at 31 2009]..15 jan i tried it said remote computer not responding..i ried for 1 hour ..after that i called up customer care she told me, ur account has no arrear..
she gave me compliant number..withing 24 hrs ..next day [after 24 hrs] i called customer care what is status of my log ..she told me i will check and tell please wait a while..she told me ur acount got supended..due to address verification..u have to produce address proof.. i told he that when i was purchasing data card, they only ask me D/L is enough with my permananent address..now they asking local proof...
I want o return my datacard, they said i[censored] return no refund is available...
i got locked with reliance ...now i have no choice ..whether they will activate or not
i don't know .. i wasted 3500 rs..
useless reliance datacard...
these indian business people always cheating people money..
