Reliance Net Connect — stopped my net services | |
Dear sir/madam, I have purchased a Reliance net connect USB modem on 18th march 2009 From gayatri enterprises, Civillines, Allahabad for Rs.2820. When I was purchasing USB modem I submitted all the required documents with working contact numbers. for some days it was working properly but one fine day all the services were banned then i contacted to the customer care they told me that all your services have been banned due to negative address varification. I had talked to gayatri entrprises and they are giving me excuses that your services have been blocked for this reason, will take take so much time to resume.then the recepsnist referd me to Mr. Dhananjay (Contact No:[protected]). I had called so many time to Mr. Dhananjay but he always said I am not in webword please call later, now the are saying that u are in mumbai so u cant use net connect overthere..and denying to resume my services.the product was two month bundle offer where all the services of net are freefor first two month.they have wasted a lot of my time and still wasting my time.plz help me Please suggest me what should I do? You people are making me fool, From last one month you people are treating me as a employee. You people order me that go to Reliance city centre, Reliance Web word express, Civillines, Reliance web word Express, You have sell your product with the help of wrong information.
