Reliance Net Connect — Downloading speed low | |
Sir, I Mr Manoranjan Halder having an internet connection(postpaid)Mdn no:[protected], having downloading problems since 19/06/2008.The downloading speed is very low arround 1 kbps/sec.I have enquired customers service but they have failed to define..they told me to download various software to get more speed but it didn't work.Earlier i did't face any problems but since thursday i am facing it.iI am using others connection too the speed limit is good but in ur reliance net connect its happening. My boss has already told me to suspend this connection and take the other one. What should i do...pls help Was this information helpful? | |

Reliance Net Connect — Access speed
I am using Reliance Net connect data access and getting very poor surfing speed and downloading speed of 400-900bytes/sec not getting even speed in kbps in proper Gonda City o[censored].P. complaint made to local reliance outlet and also called many times to R.M. and C.S. Head but still problem remains the same and suppose i want to request for number suspension than to they will charge 150/month.am very fed up with reliance net access data card ...
if i was not having this postpaid connection i must throw this card away...

net speed — downloading speed
Hi,Myself Sonu , i have internet connection but few days its download speed is so low about 25 kbps and firstly speed was 200kbps. My package is unlimited (rs.999)p/m.
I submit complaint at customer care but they have no responce on that so, please rectify it for my regular work.

Reliance Net Connect — automatic discontinuation
