Reliance Cheating in Bill — Reliance Data Card - Cheating in BIll
I had purchased the Reliance Data card in Feb 2009. They gave me an offer for 2 months free, after which i need to select a plan if not by default it goes to Rs 650 plan. I called up the Reliance customer care before 10 day of my free plan expires and they said it is updated to Rs 450 Plan. But i checked the May 2009 bill it was reflected as Rs 650 Plan. When i had asked they said you need to give in writting instead of calling to customer care. Then i gave in writing to convert to Rs 450 Plan. Again in the month of June bill i got the for Rs 650 Plan, When i asked, they said it will reflect in July 2009. Now again in this month i got a bill of Rs 650 plan. When i asked they said it is not updated to Rs 450 Plan. When i asked to give the Manager name and phone, the concern person is not giving it.I am totally tired with Reliance. Hence i want Reliance to refund the amount of my Data Card i.e Rs 2880.
Please help me in contacting the correct person

I have recharge my netconnect data card with no. 91-[protected] Customer Name-ESWARA my card is recharged but i have not received my receipt soft copy still please mail me at [protected]@yahoo.co.in

Reliance Data Card — CHEATING ON BILL PLAN
Hello,I took Reliance data card connection from their official webiste ( http://reliance-datacard.com/reliance/broadband.jsp) as claimed by them. I was told at the time of the connection that I would get two months free and then I will be put in prepaid plan.
In the month of april, i.e. after 20 days, I got my first bill stating the amount. Which later Reliance had waived as they found out the real plan ( i.e. first two month rental free). Although this took almost 10 days of effort from my side and empteen number of email were exchanged.
In the last, i got the call and I was assured that now I have been put in to the right plan. Which I had assumed that it would be done.
Again in next very month, i was sent bill again for another month and this time almost 15 days of effort, I still have not got any result.
Now I had requested to stop my services as I can not spend this much of time. It would have been much easier for me, to have without the convenience of internet rather then burning my blood on this uncalled for activity.
