Horrible customer care service! I paid my bill online a week ago and when I tried connecting it still showed an error! The customer care now tells me that I must visit a customer care center to get an approval to use my card? What kind of stupidity is this? Why would you block access to my data card? What about the 1000rs. recharge I got! ALL MY MONEY HAS GONE TO WASTE! horrible horrible horrible! What's even more pathetic is that I get a bill today!!! I JUST FREAKING PAID YOU CHOR COMPANY!
Moreover, after speaking to their rude customer care executives(Samadhan on 7/4/2012 around 8:25pm & AMOL on 7/11/2012) I got completely different stories on why my data card is not working.
Samadhan told me the only issue is that my bill payment is delayed. Once I completed that, a whole new concept of visiting a customer care center was raised by that AMOL.
Basically you tricked me into paying the bill when my services were blocked without any explanations!
