[Resolved] Reliance Net Connect — HARASSMENT TO THE NETCONNECT CUSTOMER, FOR TERMINATION OF ACCOUNT | |||
I WAS A CUSTOMER FOR RELIANCE NET CONNECT NUMBER-[protected], AFTER USING IT FOR SOME MONTHS AND PAYING THE BILLS REGULARLY, DUE TO SOME PERSONAL REASON, I HAD OPTED FOR THE TERMINATION OF THE RELIANCE NET CONNECT ACCOUNT. ON DTD. 25/5/12, I CALLED THE CUSTOMER CARE PH NUMBER[protected], AND TALKED TO THE CUSTOMER CARE PEOPLE AND HE LODGED MY COMPLAINT AFTER SAYING, THAT "PLEASE DON'T TERMINATE, WE WILL CHANGE YOUR ACCOUNT ETC" I WAS NOT INTERESTED AND FIRMLY REQUESTED FOR A TERMINATION, ON DTD 25/5/12 MY HUSBAND SANJAY BOSE, ON BEHALF OF ME HAD APPLIED FOR AN IMMEDIATE DISCONNECTION OF RELIANCE BROADBAND CONNECTION NUMBER: [protected], THE CUTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE ( MR. RIYAZ SAYEED) GAVE ME A COMPLAINT NUMBER ( COMPLAINT NUMBER:[protected] AND SAID THE CONNECTION WILL BE TERMINATED WITH IN 7 DAYS OR SO. WE CALLED BACK ON 31/05/12, AND TALKED TO MS.SABEETA( EXECUTIVE), AND SHE SAID THAT INSTEAD OF TERMINATING, THEY HAD CHANGED MY CONNECTION TO SOME OTHER PLAN !!!! THAT TOO WITH OUT MY PERMISSION !!!!!! UPON DEMANDING AN IMMEDIATE EXPLANATION SHE SAID: THAT WAS A MISTAKE FROM RELIANCE PART AND WILL RECTIFY IT AND DISCOONECT MY CONNECTION WITH IN 3 DAYS. AND A CALL FROM RELIANCE WILL COME TO MY GIVEN NUMBER. WE AGAIN CALLED ON 6/6/2012 AND TALKED TO MR.NIKHIL ( CUSTOMERCARE FRONT DESK EXECUTIVE), AND IN SPITE OF TELLING HIM TO CONNECT ME TO MS. SABEETA, HE DECLINED AND SAID, THAT WAS A MISTAKE FROM THE PART OF THE RELAINCE AND AN IMMEDIATE DISCONNECTION WILL BE MADE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. I ALSO SENT EMAIL TO ID:-Netconnect.[protected]@relianceada.com DEPICTING THE TOTAL MATTER ONCE MORE, IN REPLY TO MY MAIL THEY SENT ME THE FOLLOWING ANSWER ON DTD:-7/06/12 Dear Customer, Thank you for writing to us. BUT IN ADDITION TO THAT THEY KEEP ME SENDING THE BILLS FOR MAY AND JUNE REGULARLY UPON CALLING TODAY IE ON 29/06/12 THIS MR. CHANDU SAID, NO COMPLAINT HAS BEEN REGISTERED TO MY RELIANCE NUMBER FOR TERMINATION AND HE GAVE ME AN ANOTHER NUMBER I.E[protected], TO TALK WITH MR.VINEET.V.JAIN !!!!!! HOW COME BEING ONE OF THE BIGGEST COMPANY OF INDIA, MAKE SUCH FOUL PLAY WITH THEIR CUSTOMERS !!!!?????? I'M UNDERGOING SUCH MENTAL TRAUMA AND FEEL LIKE A FOOL, ALSO HUMILIATED AT THE HANDS OF THESE RELIANCE PEOPLE, THAT I WROTE MY WHOLE MATTER HERE FOR AN IMMEDIATE JUSTICE AND SOLUTION I WANT AN EXPLANATION FROM THE RELIANCE NET CONNECT IN THE ABOVE MATTER, AND AN IMMEDIATE TERMINATION OF RELIANCE ACCOUNT NUMBER:- [protected] EVERYTIME I TALK TO THESE PEOPLE, THEY REGRET AND SAYS THAT THIS IS A FAULT FROM RELIANCE AND WILL BE SORTED WITHIN 3-5 DAYS, BUT NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE, THEY EVEN SAID, THAT THEY HAD WRONGLY REGISTERED THIS NUMBER TO SOME OTHER COMPANY NAME!!!!! These Bogus company behaved same with me..i given the request to termination.They said that the connection will be terminated in 7 working day.I thought it ill be closed.then i forgot this...after a month i received a bill and got the reminder from customer care to pay the bill.. i told that i already terminated the connection.But they said that you have requested us to active your connection fw days back.again i given request for termination.afgain same thing happened, received a bill.i was totoally frustrated about these bas**R*s..i went to reliance office personaly three times ..story never ended...Now i know how these basrardssss are getting welthy..

Reliance Communication — wrongly termination of net connecte broadband+
the net connecte data card no. is [protected]. since june 2009. I paid 3500 for the card.and there is no bill dues on my card, on the contrary i have Rs1500 credit in my account. But since last couple of month my service has been deactivated which according to the customer care for the reason not known to them. and during the purchase there was no clause that the card would get terminated for non-use for 2 months
