Reliance Netconnect — Datacard closure

We have a reliance datacard connection [protected] in the name of Kalpesh Shah. The bill generation date is 18th of every month. We sent a request for closure of this connection on 11th July to Netconnect.[protected]@relianceada.com with a cc to '[protected]@relianceada.com' and '[protected]@relianceada.com'. We also paid the rental in advance before bill gets generated on 18th so that there is no issue in closure.

Still the customer care is replying even today that they would take another 13 days to revert on this and we will have to bear the rental till the connection is active.

Is this the customers problem if they handle matters inefficiently and takes ages to close connection? We intimated the matter to Rcomnodalofficer.[protected]@relianceada.com yesterday, but no revert and the customer care is sending mails copied and pasted from the previous mails. The detailed mail below:

As per the 3rd mail enclosed, any changes in plan should be intimated 2 days prior to billing cycle starts. Considering it is a closure request, we intimated 7 days in advance with all detail asked. Please note, all other service providers ask 3-4 days time to close connection, not 15 days to revert!!

We are truly disappointed by the response of your customer care team. Every time they are asking 2 weeks time to revert, against a very specific request. Please refer the below mail, they are still tracked the request as “Billing Issue” where this is clearly a “Service Termination” request as mentioned in the subject line also!

We have requested closure of a number, paid the bill in advance so that there is no delay in closure process. We have already given all detail through enclosed mail on 11th July, ie 7 dyas prior to the next billing cycle starts.

We will stop using the datacard from 17th July and hope 7 days advance intimation is enough time to close a connection.

You can take your own time for internal process, but please note we will not pay for any billing period started post 18th July 2011 for this connection. For bill to be generated on 18th July 2011, we have already paid in advance and forwarded you the receipt also.

We have informed 7 days prior to next billing cycle starts and that should be enough to close a connection in time.

Your negligent attitude and poor services. Why should it take years to resolve problems and 15 days to cancel services ?? Is it a crime being your customer?
Kindly note that cancellation should not take more than 2-3 working days from time of request. A duration of 15 days is not acceptable.
I will not be responsible for any amount billed to me after 17th of July 2011, the expected date for cancellation (already mentioned earlier) !!

As per your below confirmation, bill gets generated on 18th of every month. So kindly stop the connection on 17th July 2011. We have already paid the rental for the current period in advance. The current and previous payment receipt is enclosed.
The rental being unlimited one, there is no chance of further billing and the rental has already been paid.

Reliance Netconnect Data Card High Speed Broadband + — Not Got Revert on the issue of service even after coordinating so much

I logged a complaint in relaince 5-6 month back related to my High Speed Data Card Broadband +, related to the service issue.
But even after co-ordinating with them so long they haven't reverted me back with an assured answer.
Everytime i call them they say 1 field executive will be send to your place, but till now no one has ever came up to my place & no one is reverting back to me.

Which number you tried? The user is available at [protected] as mentioned in the mail. He received a call from your customer care on 16th July with assurance to terminate the connection on 18th Itself and no further bill will be generated.

You can call the user right away.

Reliance Data Card — cancellation of datacard

i gave the request to cancel my data card on June 20the 2012.but still now theey are not taking into consideration.i already cleared my dues but still theey are charging thee rent and everytheing. i don't know what to do.please consider theis as a complaint and take necessary steps.
