[Resolved] Reliance Netconnect — Data Card not getting detected

Data Card HSD Prepaid RHWCDD[protected] [protected] was purchased from M/s Ayyappa Santhosh Communiations, 11/B Badam Apartments, Chaitanyapuri, dilsukhnagar, Hyderabad 60 vide their Invoice No.1006 dated 8.4.11. Data Card stopped working on 2.5.2011. Same was handed overr to the dealer on 04.05.2011. Dealer said the piece will be replaced from their Service Center.

Till now I have not received the replacement.

"SHORTLY" has not happened even after one month. RCOMcare is cheating the public. My problem remains unresolved even today.
