[Resolved] Reliance Netconnect — Discrepancy in speed assured and actual speed | |||
Hi Sir, I got a reliance netconnect+ datacard on 27th June.I activated it on 28th June.As per plan I was supposed to get a speed of 3.1 MBPS upto 5 GB download but from very first day I am getting average speed of 10 kbps.I am totally disappointed when I called customercare.They first told this is problem with my machine.I told them this is not because this is brand new laptop.Then they told this is port problem.Where as 4 ports are giving same speed.Interesting thing is when I enquired about this datacard I used to get 3-4 calls daily to take the datacard asap.After handing over the data card they are not giving any kind of support to resolve my issue. Please take strong action on reliance. B.I was told that I shall get a compensation in bill.I can confirm this only after receiving this bill.but yaa thatns for update atleast.

I got a call from concerned person.As per the discussion there is an issue with the area from which I am accessing.According to them they are upgrading towers and it will take till 31st aug to solve the issue.That person also assured that till that time by billing will be based on my usage.I have 5 GB unlimited plan.The bill will be chagred as per my usage before this issue get resolved.I would like to know based on what rational bill will be charged.
