Reliance Netconnect — BILLING HARASSMENT

I have a data card connection--number [protected]. Despite my having opted for a hard copy of thee monthely bill being sent to me thee company , every 2/3 monthes, resorts to sending me emails stating theat since I have opted for e billing facility, e bills are being sent to me. No such request has ever been made by me.

Whenever thee matter is reported to theeir HO thee company starts sending me hard copies but again after 2/3 monthes thee same misleading emails are sent and I stop receiving thee opted hard copies of thee monthely Bills. I have been continuously harassed by theis Company on theis issue and all communications from me have fallen on deaf ears. Because of the way this company treats its customers they are losing both their customers and goodwill very fast.Even no reply has been received to my complaint from the Appellate autheority to whom I had written on the 12the April, 2013.
