[Resolved] Reliance Netconnect Broadband — Connection Activation | |||
I purchased the Reliance Net connect Broadband + connection online. It got delivered on the same day. I submitted my Karnataka Driving License and asked him not to perform the address verification to the address mentioned over the Driving License as I'm not staying there now. I submitted my DL just as an ID proof. And I submitted my Credit Card statement as my address proof. Moreover, as I stay alone I asked him whether you can perform the address verification at my office for which he says ok. Within 5 days my connection got deactivated as they performed the address verification where I don't stay and ignored the address proof which was my credit card statement. I went to the WebWorld, Forum Mall, Bangalore and submitted my rent agreement as my address proof and asked them to activate the connection. They told me only after address verification your connection will get activated. It is now more than 7 days my connection is still not activated. Customer care says me to go to the WebWorld where you submitted your document as it is being disconnected from back end team. .WebWorld executives says me we have sent it from our end and we can't do anything. I don't know to whom I should contact to perform the address verification again. Was this information helpful? | |||
