[Resolved] Reliance Netconnect Broadband+ — Delaying the disconnection and charging me for their delay | |
Hi, I have raised three complaints with Reliance NetConnect Broadband+. Basically I felt I am using an expensive Wireless Internet. So i wanted to terminate my connection. I have raised 3 compaints with the customer care center of Reliance. But every time they say it is going to take 2 working days to disconnect. Now they are saying that they will disconnect in 15 days (Yes fifteen days). And ultimately i am paying the rental. The very fundamental reason why I asked for the termination is because it is costly. Now I am not even using it and I am paying the rental. It is more than 3 weeks that I have raised my first request with them. I am providing the complaint numbers here. 1.[protected] 2.[protected] 3.[protected] Please help me in terminating my connection and also please dont charge after I requested for termination - since it is Reliance problem - if they are not terminating.
