[Resolved] Reliance Netconnect Broadband+ — Not able to connect while on roaming | |||
I have purchased Reliance Netconnect Broadband+ USB modem earlier this month. At the time of purchase, I have specifically mentioned that I'll need to use this while on roaming also and the executive at the reliance web world promised me that I'll be able to access internet outside the state also without any issues. But now I'm in Mumbai for a two weeks visit here and internet access is very essential for me. But whenever I try to connect to internet using my Reliance Netconnect, I get the error message "Error 678 : The remote computer did not respond" . I've been troubleshooting this issue for the past 2 days and in vain. I have tried to contact the reliance customer care but couldn't get a reply.
