Reliance Netconnect Broadband — Reliance provide worst services in this industry | |||
I am consumer of Reliance Netconnect modem No. [protected]. I am writing this note to warn all the potential net connect customers to not to use Reliance Netconnect Broadband as this is most untrusted broadband service provider in this market. Below are my experiences that may help you in taking decision: 1. I took this connection on March 2010. While requesting for one connection, company tagged two connections on my name. Although I was regular in paying my bills, but I started getting calls to pay for the changes for the second connection which I have never requested for. 2. I was happy using that in initial few months but later services started getting bad to worst. I called Reliance helpline. Helpline guys were interested on just bill payment rather than listening to my problem. They prefer to communicate unbilled amount than listening to the problem you are facing. Following are the complaint tickets raised which was closed without solution : No:[protected] date: 20 Aug 2010 and[protected] date 22 Feb 2011 3. I thought this is what my destiny. I started compromising on my wrong decision of taking Reliance Broadband (which was never broad but was even worse than the old 1998’s VSNL dial-up connect). But this was not the end. The beggar Ambani’s team has created new problem for me. Automatically my bill plan was changed to new one with higher rental. I called every number and mailed to every ID I have, but ended with no solution. Today I called Reliance Helpless desk to help but resulted in same frustration. I am sharing this with you to warn about this “Lala ki dukan” where no one works as professional. Everyone just only talks about money but will not resolve your problem. I am told that, your problem will not resolve in near future but need to pay for the services as per tariff. I can't understand, how can you change for some thing you yourself identify as a problem.

What the hell...again bill plan has not been changed ...I am told I will be charged 650 as per my new plan ...but it is same ...
