Reliance Netconnect Broadband — very very slow speed

i have subscribed to ur broadband netconnect with effect from june 18. the speed offered is 3.1 mbps where as the speed i am getting is hardly 10 kbps. the connection is very slow inviting embarresment from colleagues and also inconvinence.now i am repenting taking the connection of reliance. but taking another chance may i request u to kindly resolve the problem.

you are not alone binishs and reliance is not alone doing this, I tried reliance, tata and bsnl, all promised UP TO 3.1Mbps speeds and offer only 10 to 15 kbps.

Also the customer services offered by all of them are absolutely pathetic, I suggest you not to waste you money on it any more and go for a 3G solution (again avoid reliance, bsnl and tata!!)

I'm using !dea right now and vodafone is also doing good, hope this info would help! I'm getting average speeds from 512kbps (often) to 2Mbps (sometimes)

hi i am balaji i am using huawei ec150 modem i am getting the speed of 15kbps only. i am using the broadband in tindivanam, tamilnadu. in tindivanam they have build a tower for reliance netconnect + but until this time i did not get the signal i think they have doing the work slowly so request them to speed up the work and tell me when the work will be finished.this is my humble request to customer care.

The same Issue poor speed I am facing in Pune my broadband+ number is [protected].

Friend Dont go for this company. Get speed Get Time get TataPhotone+
