I was told that I would be given a solution. Already 1 month passed, still no response to my complaint except some 2-3 phone calls stating the same thing that it will get ready by August end.

For me, the situation is getting worsened day by day. Earlier I was able to connect to internet at .01kbps at least, but now I am not able to do that also.

I HAVE LOST ALL HOPES, CAN'T TOLERATE ANYMORE.

MAY I HAVE MY MONEY BACK, SO THAT I CAN SWITCH OVER TO SOME OTHER BETTER SERVICE PROVIDER IN THE MARKET.

Since situation has crossed my tolerance level, I am no longer interested in any negotiation. Pls refund my money back, and I am ready to submit the instrument wherever you ask me to.

I feel your responses are an insult to the entire reliance customer community, since it has not timelines, no commitments and not to forget - all the 5-6 responses I got are typical "copy-paste", generic versions.

WHY ARE YOU TAKING FOR GRANTED THAT I AM READY TO WAIT TILL YOU GET BACK "SHORTLY",

I HAVE ALREADY INFORMED YOU THAT I WOULD LIKE TO OPT OUT OF YOUR "SERVICE", SINCE ITS PATHETIC AND THE WORST EVER i HAVE SEEN IN MY LIFE.
