[Resolved] Reliance Netconnect + Broadband Prepaid — Excess deduction from my prepaid Balance | |||
I am using Reliance Net-connect + Broadband prepaid data card No. [protected] since last two years and have been complaining to Reliance Customer care on the phone as well as on the mail regarding excess prepaid balance deduction from my prepaid balance. But other than getting a standard replies, my problem has not been solved. On the advice of Reliance customer care executive I have disabled Auto Update and Firewall on my laptop. But even in the case of normal browsing my prepaid balance is deducted sometimes @ 5 MB per min. When I close all the windows and just net is connected many MBs of prepaid balance is deducted. Sometimes when my days are good, then only it consumes prepaid balance at Normal rate. Executives at the customer care no.[protected] have not been able to solve it and few honest one have advised me to switch to post paid, as I will keep facing such problems in the case of prepaid connection. Due to this I am forced to use this data card in Emergency only as one never know when 50-60 MB will be deducted in few min. I will be grateful if some one can help in this regard.
