[Resolved]  Reliance Netconnect — USB modem internet connection!

Hi,

I too have a reliance netconnect - usb modem.
The speed promised was abt 144kbps.But never does this happen.Most of the times i get connected only for about 28kbps(laptop).Once i tried connecting in my PC where in i got 115kbps(both my system and laptop are placed on the same table in the same room).When i tried to enquire abt the speed variation, i was told that the speed is same in all places, only the displayed numeral varies.They say that the spped is not the same as displayed in our screen.

RELIANCE INTERNET USB — CONNECTION CLOSED

SIR I PAID RS. 2810 FOR THE INTERENET BROADBAND CONNECTION FROM RELIANCEL THE CONNECTION WAS GIVEN AFTER 15 DAYS OF THE CONNECTION THE SAME WAS CLOSED .
WHEN LODGED COMPLAINT I WAS TOLD THAT THE CONNECTION HAS BEEN TAKEN BY FRAUD. I APPROACHED THE AGENT MR BARJINDER SINGH AT AMRITSAR WHO ASSURED FOR CONTINUE OF CONNECTION. LATER ON I WAS TOLD THAT I WAS ENJOOYING CONNECTION WITH RELIANCE 3091037, WHICH I HAD ALREADY DEPOSITED IN MAY 2005 AND MI SECURITY AMOUNT TO THE TUNE OF RS. 1100 WAS WITH RELIANCE. HOW RELIANCE CAN SEND ME THE BILLS AFTER I DEPOSITED THE INSTRUMENT AND GOT ACKNOWLEDGED RECEIPT BY THEIR STAFF . RATHER I AM OWING BALANCE TO THE TUNE OF RS. 600 FROM THEM

I am Rajeev, I have bought USB Modem connection on 24th May for life time subscription, since then I have been facing SIGNAL and POOR SPEED problem. The signals I am getting is 1 to 3 and speed is between 1 Kbps to 15 kbps at all.

Below is the call log for complaining for the above said issue :

25/05 - 5 Times
26/05 - 2 Times
27/05 - 1 Time
29/05 - 3 Times
01/06 - 2 Times
04/06 - 2 Times
07/06 - 2 Times
10/06 - 2 Times
11/06 - 1 Time
14/06 - 2 Times
Total - 22 Times

Complains numbers are :-

29/05 - 69358539 — This complain has been closed without solving the problem and representative asked me to lodge another complain and waiting for 120 Hrs.
07/06 - 69823230 — This complain again has been closed without solving the problem and representative advised me to lodge third complain and waiting for next 120 Hrs.
13/06 - 70224171 — I hope this would also be closed in the same way and I would be asked to lodge fourth complain and wait for next 120 Hrs. (Resolution Time)

I hope above said detail is BIG ENOUGH to describe how PAINFULL I am to took the decision to be the part of Reliance Communication family.

I am really very sorry to say that this is the PATHETIC service I ever get in my life.

Reliance Netconnect — it's very very slow on vista

Dear Sir i purchased relance datanet connection for my sony laptop having vista o s realy i dont know why its not working above 16kbps if they know the prob why they did not informe me before purchase the same .pls guide me how to incress the speed of rel datanet

these cpmplaints are right...never buy reliance net connect USB modem :( ...its worst than all...i[censored] wana buy, buy bsnl, airtel, mtnl or else :)

I am Biju working in a MNC in dubai, my last vacation in 2008 i applied a internet connection within the second day i got the coonection and device, its excellant, but the problem here is the one which i got its not working,

in future i am not going to buy any reliance product. that's a vow!!!

mare pass reliance ka sim hai gsm wala me roje us ko pc se connect karta hu lakin mara mobile se pc me net nahi chalta hai so pls mujko sahi setting send kare mare mail id per jis se pc me net chale jai mobile se thanks vijay
