[Resolved] Reliance Netconnect — device not functioning for last 50 days | |
Hi... I have been fed up from reliance net connect since the day i bought it from last 7-8 months earlier there was a issue regarding the bill which took 2 months to solved in which there was a fault bill generated by reliance and there after it took 2 months to waive the same and i could get my services on track. Again from 2nd oct i launched in a complain regarding poor coverage and they advised me that a engineer would be sent to my place which did not happen for 45 days and the engineer was send 2 days back who called and confirmed that there was a problem and they have changed it, in between i have almost been calling reliance customer care almost every week so that i could work but this is how they help there customer... More over i had been telling the customer care that since am unable to use the services i wont be paying my bill as i did not utilize the services and despite of that they have suspended my services on the non payment of bill and am actually unable to check if the connection is working fine now due to inactive service. Would request you to look into the same. I have almost most of my complain numbers and have even requested reliance to return my money so i could live my life in peace which even they did not do anything about. Awaiting to hear from you.
