My prepaid reliance data data card cannt connect internet even when i have enough balance.the cust.care cannt resolve the problem.

I cannot connect to net it displays error 678 the device could not respond ...

the usb modem provided by your company is not supported by the my computer.
as i connected the device computer started installing the required software but after a interwal it says fail to install. So sir plz suggest me which way this problem can be solved.
