[Resolved]  Reliance Netconnect — Bills even after termination of Service!

I had purchased a data card and post paid number from Reliance Commn to access internet. I got the number terminated on 27/07/2008 after paying the bills. The Webworld gave me a proper acknowledgement letter and receipt for the same. Even after two months of disconnecting the service, the company continues to send bills.
I have lodged complaints with their Customer Service Call Centre and Reliance Webworld, Thane. Both admitted that the number was indeed terminated in their records. However the bills and calls for unpaid bills continue!!. The company even sent a representative to my residence to collect payment!!

I have a similar complaint even after termination i am getting Bills and late payment charges Bill, please can anybody let me know whom to contact to Stop this.
I am a reliance customer from April 2008. I am continiously requesting their Customer Service Cell to terminate my connection from 26.1.09 and sent atleast 6 emails to them and their Nodal Officer but till date there is no confirmation from their side. I am afraid a similar situation may arise in my case. I donot know what to do now.
whenever representative comes, try to beat hell out of him...same problem here too, did the same they dont come now... :)

I think I had a worst problem. I requested for disconnection but they continued sending bills, I paid for two months even then. Further I decided to stop paying these cheats and they sent me a court order. I had to go to their main office and clarify the matter with them. Finally they agreed as they had seen my request for termination. HAD THEY NOT FOUND MY REQUEST, I WOULD BE IN JAIL!!! BE CAREFUL WITH RELIANCE MY FRIEND!

I was also the cleint of Reliance Net connect. And have the Latest Usb Modem. I found the same problem with my net connection. I have talked many times (more than 10 times) in the customer care centre to disconnect my net connection. They replied that "they will do". Laterly they confirmed about disconnection and said It is now disconnected. Now two & half months has been passed. Still they are sending me the bill for the same.
