I have been facing the same problems for many months now but the officials at web world take up a dumb attitude each time and refuse to do anything. At best theygive false assuances which are never followed up with any action. Customer service is equally bad. I have given up on them. I am only waiting for a few more months before I can make a new investment in a better service provider.

We have data card number is [protected] from last 3 years. Sir problem is that the data card is not functioning in most of the time, due to monthly bill payment. I am working at Jindal Steel & power Ltd., Mandir hasaud, Raipur. Our plant are situated 13 KM far from the city. May be for that the reason bill could not reached timely. Please just I wanted to know that when the data card is in the name of Jindal, and it is an repute company. Sir is that any possibility to run the data card without any disturbances unless we have to withdraw the same. We have contact many time to the concern your executive Mr. Shailesh[protected], but most of the time either he could not pick up the phone or getting unsatisfied response. Please do the needful.
