[Resolved]  Reliance Netconnect — I'm not getting proper net speed

I have bought Reliance Net-connect Data card since 2 months ago, which the rental plan is Rs.950/- per month. I suppose to get net speed Up-to 3.1 Mbps but i getting speed is just 298 Kbps. While getting the connection they assured me that i will get good speed but they lied to me I'm not getting proper speed.
my net connection number is [protected]. I have given complaints regarding this issue but till now they had not bothered about it.
I hope my problem will get sort out with the help of you.
