[Resolved] Reliance Netconnect — Corporate connection with usage downgrade | |||
Attention Shilpa.V, Request has been raised on 20th July as per below. Currently i am having 750 monthly plan. ( 5GB unlimited - 3Mb speed , after 5GB 144 Kbps). I would like to downgrade the usage to 2GB unlimited plan (475/Month), i.e., need a corporate connection. So many reminder mails has been sent to ewgcustomer.[protected]@relianceada.com , datacard.[protected]@relianceada.com, netconnect.[protected]@relianceada.com , rcom.[protected]@relianceada.com , [protected]@relianceada.com etc and received no response. July 30th i have received mail from you saying that "plan change requested has been sent to concerned team we will revert you once done" . Still i am chasing for an update, i have recived none. I am wonder, the irrespective and CARELES RELAINCE CUSTOMER CARE take more than a week to read costomer issues and take more than a month to solve an issue. As i mentioned clrealy in my mail, i am not responsible to pay 750+tax (843 in total) for the month July 13 to Aug 13 and future as you failed to downgrade my speed to 2GB. As well i haven't used my internet connection from Aug 1st week. First i need the solution to this issue. If my connection get deactivate without my permission, customer care people need to be answered, since i have all the mail records.
