Reliance Net connect Plus Data card not working properly
Sir,
I have purchased and taken the connection 8 months back of the Net Connect + data card no:[protected].At my office at R.P Raod,Secunderabad, am facing the problem from 6 months. It is disconnecting automatically every 4-5 min or there will be very less speed all the time. I have lodged the complaint many times 6 months back and one Mr.Gopi Krishna(Cell no:[protected]) has visited the place, tested the network and informed that there is poor network here and he will recommend to install signal booster at my office and also told that some one will contact me after that. But till date nobody contacted me instead i have called him and your technical support contact numbers[protected],[protected] and [protected] n numbers of times. Nobody is taking the responsibility to clear the complaint. My complaint is still not closed in there records also.
Iam requesting concerned authority to please look into the matter and take necessary action immediately.
