Reliance Netconnect Data Card — Poor net speed for browsing & dowloading

I am using the reliance net connect for my laptop HP dvx 1104

Reliance Data Card number [protected]
complaint registered vide Service Request ID[protected]

the device is LXU -800 LG

i went to the LG service center and tested the data card device works fine but the poor net speed continues .. it is confirmed at LG service center also

Now reliance people says that ur ram is not compatible with device ? check with the HP service centre

i went at least 2 reliance web services but no use they say call the datacard support team .. not much help from there end .

i am badly suffering from reliance people .Plz help me out from of this problem
