Reliance Netconnect — disconnection of data card without any reason

My company Gammon India Ltd.,Nagpur procured 3 data cards connections from Hitech Communication, Nagpur (Working for Reliance Internet Services in Nagpur city). This connection having 3 months free usage i.e. no bills to be require to pay for 3 months from the date of activation. But after 20 days all 3 data cards got disconnected. On asking the issue Hitech Communication representative says your all 3 data cards got terminated & you need to pay Rs.1000/- for reactivation. There is no such order given by my company to terminate that all 3 data cards, then how do Reliance do that?
