Reliance Netconnect — Getting bills even after Postpaid to prepaid application | |||
Dear Sir, I am a Reliance net connect data card customer. I have placed a request in Reliance web world Dhole patil road pune office for post paid to prepaid migration and made the full settlement. They have instructed me not to use the device for the coming 1 week as the migration is taking place and will cause settlement issues.I have not used my device after that till today.Really shocked to see their bill even after registering request for prepaid migration with full settlement payment and 2 followup complaint calls to the customer care number.They were saying that my both the mobile numbers were not reachable I have also sent an email complaint to Reliance customer care and got the replay as they will call me with in 24 hours but no one called. Customer care is useless as they don't have any information and blaming their back-end team always.
