My datacard number is [protected].My contact number is [protected].My last bill cycle started on 14th AUg 2013 .As per my current plan I am supposed to get upto 3.1MBPS speed for first 5GB.I am getting very low speed(around 50KBPS).I called up customer care and they are claiming this is average speed.How come 50 KBPS can be average speed for 3.1 MBPS connection!!!They are giving me some lame solution like clearing cookies from browser and temp files,removing firewalls.I confirm there is no other factor in system that is affecting internet speed.Please check what is the issue with my account and why I am getting this low speed when I am well within limit 5GB.
