[Resolved]  Reliance Netconnect — my plan transfer in heavy Rental plan.

i have give request for closing my net connect plan.
but one call from this no.[protected] and she (arti) convince me for transfer my plan in 300 rs monthly and 250 rs weaver . and i agree with this scheme. but now i check my plan is not changed

so its cheating with me. please change my plan or death/close my no.
if you don't take any action so im going to consumer court


now i calling on this no.[protected] and she (arti) she's pickup one time and tell me i call from my side.
and im waiting call from her side. but now im calling her no so she's not pickup.
its really bad behave.

my question is that who one ask and Transfer My plan in heavy rentel plan. Im not responsible to Pay Bill Amount.
