I have been using Reliance NetConnect for 2 years. I wished to stopped it and called Customer Service many times to stop the usage.Finally after after paying around 1800 rs I was told I need to enter a termination request so that I stopped getting bills.After 2 months again I got a call that a complaint has been logged against me for non payment of bills. So I was forced to pay bill of 907 rs again.
My termination ID is[protected].
Is there any way how I can get my money back. No help from customer end.
