Sir,
I'm using a Reliance NetConnect plus with No. [protected] and this is a limited postpaid connection where up 512MB is free and included in the rent of Rs 499 pm. I was given a bill dated 27-Jun-11 for the Period :[protected] to[protected] for Rs 1438. I use this datacard once in a while and not very regular. When I checked the usage details I see the data upload and download on two dates 23rd & 24th June is shown very high. For eg: It showed I did a data transfer of 660 MB in 53 minutes, which is very unlikely. I believe the usage meter has malfunctioned. There are 3-4 transactions like this. All other dates, the data transfer is normal and is in sync with the time I spent on it.
I logged complaints with customer care (Ref[protected]. They looked in to this issue but did not give any useful information. I dont think they have done a through investigation. They are not able to explain this huge data usage shown in short time. I am quite sure the data usage shown is incorrect. I want this to be corrected. I'm not prepared to pay this bill of Rs 1438.
Any help you can provide is highly appreciated.
