[Resolved] Reliance Netconnect — Poor Internet speed for My 5GB unlimited connection | |||
Hi, I have recently taken one Reliance Netconnect+ USB Internet connection with 5GB Unlimited plan and it's monthly payment amount is around 900/-. Here very sorry to say that it's speed is very low and it is disconnecting frequently which breaks my works. Please refer the attached images. Reliance Net Connect — internet connection
Hi,I had a 3G connection from Reliance net connet with no [protected], The connection speed is very low and operation on 64kbps speed.
Reliance is saying that I had already consumed my data usage upto 5GB and hence the connection speed is converted to 64kbps.
I am contineously asking customer care to send me the usage details but they are not sending it and responding with unnecessary details which is disturnbing me,
May I request you to please help me in resolving this issue, even after launching the complaints, no one bother to call me and discuss.
Kindly help me.
