Reliance Netconnect + — Reliance Dongle 15 GB exhausted in less than 5 days

Hi , I bought a Reliance Netconnect+ from Delhi which worked well in Delhi . I got it recharged for 1300 Rs. in Mumbai on 25th July 2012 for 15 GB internet usage . On 31st July 2012 my net access didnt work . I went to the same reliance store in Matunga where I had previously got it recharged . But to my surprise they said all "15 GB" was used up . "Used up in 5 days . Do you think I am a fool???" . I fail to believe them since in 5 days I had hardly used the dongle for any downloading or any such purpose . I used it only for checking my mail etc . The reliance store refused to help . Nor did the customer care help me with this. I want to sue Reliance for I am a student and I got it recharged for 1300 because I was in real need . They looted my money . Dont know whom to ask for my money ? I want a relevant contact who could help me with my money. This is so unfair to the common man. You cannot take away the customer's money because they trusted and prepaid the entire amount in one go.
