[Resolved] Reliance Netconnect — Committed service not rendered | |||
I bought the Reliance Netconnect connection on December 12, 2010 with user# [protected]. The representative committed me for the excellent network and good speed. However after used the device I found the network at my home is fluctuating or coming and I am not able to use it on my desktop. I called the customer care regarding the same problem and I did not get the satisfactory reply. Than on December 29, 2010 I sent an email stating the whole scenario and on January 01, 2011 I got a call from Reliance representative on the same problem. The representative asked me few question and came to the conclusion that because of the conjunction in my area i.e Uttam Nagar they would not be able to provide me the committed network. He told me they are working on it and was not sure how much time it would take. I asked him than why your company is using slogan "India's no.1 Network" this is totally fake statement. Now being a good customer I have paid what they asked from me, however they are not executing there committed services. If I am not able to use the device or services from the very first day than why I can not ask my money back, or either provide me the network at my home. Please provide the network at my home or take your device back, because it is of no use if your company is not able to provide the services as described and selling the devices using fake commitment.
