[Resolved]  Reliance Phone — Reliance executive fake receipt and Harassment

This is regarding a complaint that i want to register against fault things happening. My Number [protected]( Sunita Chohan) has a plan of monthly rental 500. On 13th June i received a call from reliance to change my phone handset. Then again i received a call on 15th June about the reliance concerned person named Prashant Kumar [protected] and he explained me about the new 0 rental plan about paying 1100 and get 0 rental and also told me about that your handset will also be changed. Now it is 10th July i have not received any phone or call for the change. I had paid 1100 he gave me a receipt with CD57HJ NO. 27013 and Relaince Info comm service Vijaya building barakhamba road. Mr. Prashant's number is not working and this is really harassment for the customer that a person from reliance is getting an executive at home and he knew everything about the plans of the customer. I called reliance and they said there is no cost for the zero rental plan i want my bill to be adjusted by this money i dont want any plans and other things. This is really irritating, by harassing your old customer. Its really pushing me to get my number discontinued if i dont get things go right. I have attached the copy of the image of the receipt.
After this Have mailed to reliance they said to visit the reliance web worlld which i did in Kalkaji but they were not even interested in listening to it. I compliant on customer service but till date have'nt recieved any response.
Again after speaking to customer care i did'nt got any solution also went to complaint at nehru place web world but they launched a complaint but still waiting.

PLease read the following case and Solve it asap as i have been contacting reliance and nothing is being solved as yet. The executive who came was Prashant Kumar No . [protected]

Above details were the date i had a word with reliance customer care again.
This is a harrassment for me someone from reliance coming at my place giving all the details of my connection and giving me receipt.
I want my money back and don't want reliance now.
