[Resolved]  Reliance Postpaid — Charging bills even after disconnection of services

I had a reliance postpaid no which i cancelled some 2 months back since i was getting unneccesarily high bills and was being charged for some arbitrary services that i dint even use.
After that i went to the web world, submitted a cancellation form and completed the formalities after paying all the dues.
I was told my connection is cancelled.
Todays suddenly after 2 months, i get a postpaid bill for the previous two months.
When i call up the customer care, they tell me there is no request for cancellation of the connection in their system.
What non sense is this.Why should i even pay for a service i am not using at all.
I am definitely not going to pay and will also dissuade people from using reliance phones.
This is too much.They can charge you for anything, even for services that i don't use.
This is ridiculous.How can you even think of sendign a bill for a cancelled connection, and that too, the customer care says, there are no requests for cancellation of connection in the system.
Horrible services.Horrible customer care .I would suggest..pleaes take care i[censored] are using relaince phones, check your bills thoroughly.

Hi,
I have disconnected my postpaid connection by calling customer care and also personally visting at reliance communication office.Verification call also attended and confirmed but dont know every month the bill is generating ...I complained this to solapur reliance communication but they told me that for inital 2 months bill will generate, no need to pay.

But when i have takan new GSM postpaid connection, the old amount oustandig ( as above) Rs 350 deducted from my deposite and barred the connection before it gets active.

I had to pay 350 Rs to save my deposite amount.

This is really unjustice and untrasparent serivece from reliance.
I have actually taken a postpaid sim of reliance in the month of May, i have used it for a month and cleared the bill and asked the person to cancel the service from now on.

Now in the month of october a guy turns up at home and asking me to pay the bill that is due for which i haven't used at all, what nonsense is this??

Why would i even pay for not using at all and that 1000 bugs.!!!
