As I need to dissconnect my post paid services because I was employee of Readymix Concrete Company in wadala from last 1 year my company told me to activate post paid service as i use to talk to client and company pay my bill every month. But now I have left that company so I don't required a post paid service and i am not able to pay my bill. So sir I kindly request you to stop my post paid service from this month of 04.02.2012. My billing date is 05.02.2012 and i am agree to pay my bill from period 05.01.2012 to 04.02.2012.Convert my post paid number to my prepaid number. Before joining to post paid service I was inform from your service person that I will get my Rs. 250/- advance money back whenever I disconnect my post paid service. So how will I get my advance money back I want some details.I have not talk to costumer care.You can regard me on my E mail ID : [protected]@yahoo.in. So sir kindly do the needful.

As I need to dissconnect my post paid services due occationally barring of my services. insipte off requesting many time to provide me a new sim due to blocked puk.i takked to customer care mr sunil .he told me that you contact to your nearest reliance show room. i contact to amar communication urban estate ludhiana .but he asked to pay for 200 Rs for replacing the sim .I also again complain to me sunil but he did not give possitive response .So I need to disconnect my connection. My no is [protected] infavour of shobhnath tiwari, hno 51 .gali no 3 gurteg bahadur nagar backside of jassal engg near veer palace ludhiana, with effect from today, i shall be not reponsible for any charges in futore.i am dissatiesfied with your services,
