Despite several telephones over past 8 months they are not refunding the money.The delay indicates that the company is facing acute liquidity problems and even after 10 months they don't have Rs 18565/-to refund.The interest on refund amount amount @11.5%for 10 months works out to Rs.1800.00. i have applied for reliance power shares in jan -08
i have applied 4 applications from which i got only 2 allotment & bal. refund
after a long follow-ups i got 1 more application cleared
and for 4th application karvy is misguiding us by saying that we have gave allotment of manumal by the name of jethanand and they are of same family so to get clear it mutually
but then i asked to give the details of all 4 applications in excel format the reply of that sheet is attached with this mail.
it properly shows that 1 row is blank. AND NO allotment or refund is made on said application of manumal khushalani.. After that karvy asked to provide the bank details showing cq. cleared in favour of reliance power (.if required I can also mail the excel file .).even after this no action has been taken by co.And can also provide the details follow up previously done with karvy.
please help me out from this to get my money back.
