Reliance Power Ltd — Reliance power shares refund

I have applied for reliance power shares and recieved on only 17 shares plus balance refund of Rs.18565 vide cheque no. 178460 dt 01/02/2008 ( ref no.5598148/refund order no.118458 ). the cheque was presented for clearance and was dishonoured by the bank with a memo REFER TO DRAWER. the same cheque has been returned to you in april 2008. till this date we have not heard from yoy in this regard
we implore upon you to immediately send the said amount with interest to us so that the faith in company of your level is not shaken in the mind of small investor like me. an early action in this regard will be appreciated.
