I am Ajinkya Walvekar using Reliance Prepaid from last two weeks. from first day of purchased simcard there is very low frequency comes on my mobile. The customer care executives were not taking the calls. Everytime they says this root is bust try again latter. from today morning my account is turned off from Reliance prepaid company. They were saying that there is problem in adress proof i had given them. But sir i had given the correct adress which is written on my brother's passport there is not a single spelling mistake. According to the Indian Government rules passport is the biggest adress proof. then how can they say that there is adress verification getting mistake i am very much of frustrated because of service of this company. please help me.
