[Resolved] Reliance Prepaid — change in caller tune | |
I am reliance user near about 3 to 4 years. I complaining regarding change in my caller tune. Firstly reliance activated caller one caller tune to my mobile without any notice & deducted charges. After some duration company offered to change the caller tune, I told not to change it but remain with previous one then also it was changed which I do not like You just change the caller tune with previous one or unsubscribe the caller tune service or set caller tune as I like I am not getting codelist anywhere so email me or tell me where I will get it . I Not give any information about activation the caller tune servise, but without any confirmation callertune servise are activated in my number #[protected].Before one time also made this thing.This thing is done second time.So, plz give me my Balance return which was deducted from my balance or attention your servise.
