[Resolved]  Reliance Prepaid CDMA — frequently reminded to CAF incomplete

I have submitted the duly filled-in form with supporting documents and photographs of mine i.e. M.R.KUPPASWAMY on[protected]. The office confirmed that the same is already recorded. But I frequently get SMS with following text :
Dear Customer,. your CAF is incomplete. Pls submit your Photo Id/adds proof at nearest Reliance store & get 20min talktime FREE. T&C apply.
