Sir, I have a Reliance mobile No.[protected] life time plan, since 3 years of my brother's name. When we recharge, the balance for outgoing calls shows unsufficient balance. After that the mobile become no-active and no incoming and nor outgoing calls made by this mobile. Inspite of already giving the photo and formalitiesm, this mobile connection is closed by the Reliance company.
