[Resolved]  Reliance Prepaid Mobile — money vanishes in my prepaid account.

RELIANCE PREAID — Money Vanishes automatically

Respected Sir, I am a prepaid mobile customer of reliance NO [protected] from Four+ years, so many times i feel that i am losing my hard earned money in the name of value added services without my consent. for this i have a example I had recharged for Rs.100/- and make only one call, means this phone kept at my home for receiving incomming call only as we have opted life time incomming free .

In April I had recharged for Rs.300/- and after 10 calls of few seconds each we found that the entire money has been exhausted. This is the contineous practice where my hard earned money are vanished and in the emergency I found there is no money left to do an emergency call.

I have to make an emergency call but i have no money. I had lost my hard earned money like this many many times, I request your goodself to kindly look in this matter and help me and refund my money urgently otherwise I would filling a case of litigation against this worst company . I hope my humble request will fullfill. Thanking you.

This Reliance is one of the no sense co and looted crores of rupees from the custmer from one or other pretext in the form o[censored]nsolicited services, withoout customers confirmation.

the same problem is also happened with me today, they deducted money from my account in the name of callar tone subscription.when i called customer care they told me that u activated the scheme today by R World.i told him today i not touched my mobile even.then i told him to deactivate the service and returen the money, they agree.bt after decativation also the amount not come in my account.i told cutomer care executive to connect me to their team leader, they told this time it is not possible to connect due to high load, u tried after some time.i tried after that also even though also i m not getting customer care executive and team leader also.

I am Vineet mobile no [protected], there is deduction in my balance without any usuage
from last 10 days I am trying to customer care always I am getting Busy busy...this is very ridiculos, as per my knowledge I didnt activated any plans or scehmes, I have taken the plan 599 unlimited RIM to RIM and hardly I am using for other networks. with in 15days they deducted around 70 Rs. Please look into this. If any schemes or plans please deactivte at the earliest or please call to me number bcoz I am unable to Customer care
