Reliance Prepaid Mobile — wrong deduction | |
My mobile number is [protected] and i am using this number from past 3 years, but from last 3 months i don't know how they are deducting money from my prepaid account. Whenever i call (Customer Care *333) they used to say that you data will update in next 24 hours. After 24 hours they used to say that u had activated some services but there is no such, according to them after deactivating the service the stituation is still same... I think that reliance has stolen my money and now i am going to file a case in Cunsomer Forum for that. Was this information helpful? | |
